The Real Estate Software is structured in 2 parts:
- The frontend - that includes the properties database, maps with states and cities.
- The backend - (administration) gives you tools for managing properties, categories, maps, cities, states and zip codes.

System & Software requirements |

- Linux OS - and recomanded
- Microsoft Windows
- A minimum of 15 MB of available space
- PHP - version 5 (v4 is also supported via PHP_Compat)
- MySQL Database - a minimum of v3.23
- Webserver - Apache Webserver is recommanded with mod_rewrite
- Cron daemon - Necesary to process the email queue and the search index
